We collect only what you voluntarily provide:
- Speaker inquiry form — name, email address, company name, event date, audience size, and your message.
- Newsletter sign-up — email address only.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising networks. The site does not set any non-essential cookies.
3. How we use your data
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to speaker booking enquiries.
- Send the newsletter you opted in to (unsubscribe link in every email).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to business enquiries.
5. Data retention
Inquiry emails are retained for up to 24 months. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, email info@aniara.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
7. Hosting & infrastructure
This site is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA), covered by a Data Processing Addendum. No personal data is stored on Vercel servers; only the static site files are served from their CDN.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
